"Product perfect ideal, however customer service lacking. Ordered product on Friday before Bank holiday paid for next day delivery. First of all got an email telling me the item would arrive on Tuesday, strange as I paid for next day delivery. Anyway next day got an email and text message telling me it was out for delivery. Halfway through the delivery slot got another email and text message telling me couldn't delivery nobody to receive order card left. Well I was sitting there waiting for order and no card left!.Rang customer service to find out the problem as I had no number to ring, and the lady there said nothing I can do until Tuesday they're closed, fuming I hung up on her! Further investigation on my part revealed that the online ordering form had left my door number out, so that's why it couldn't be delivered and no card! Back onto customer service again for a solution, gentleman said he'd ring the DPD (who I was told previously we're there), anyway wheather he could contact them or not (and just left me hanging on) I don't know.The outcome was he'd got the address changed on the parcel and it would be delivered Tuesday, what the first email had told me. So the upshot of it all is that I paid for next day delivery and the online ordering cocked up."
