Returns in 3 easy steps

1 | If you have an item you'd like to return for whatever reason, send us an email at info@primrose.co to let us know. You've got 30 days from delivery to return your item, giving you plenty of time to decide.

2 | Our customer care team will reply to your email and give you a returns number. When you package up your item, be sure to make a note of the number provided on a slip inside the box.

3 | Ship your item back to us at Primrose Promotion Fulfillment Center, 311 21st Street, Camanche, IA, 52730. Items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your returns number.


Returns FAQs

What do I do if my item arrived damaged?

We work hard to make sure your item arrives in perfect condition, but we understand this isn’t always the case. To report a damaged item, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. Please always inspect your goods when you receive them to make sure you are happy there is no damage.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

All of our products have a two-year warranty unless otherwise specified. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer care team.

What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy excludes bespoke or made to order items and socks. Please note if your return doesn’t include a note of the number provided, it is difficult to identify your item and we may not be able to process your return. We may direct you to return an item to the manufacturer instead of the address provided, in this instance, our customer care team will provide the address along with your returns number. All items should be packaged as received, unused and in a saleable condition to be accepted for a return.
